Nicholas J. Santoro
Senior Managing Director, Centennial Property Finance
Nicholas Santoro is Senior Managing Director for Centennial Property Finance where he built and manages the national lending platform.
A counterparty to respected institutions and developers throughout the United States, Nick is a highly-regarded real estate, banking and finance professional with 40 years of experience. His expertise as a finance specialist has extended to all aspects of real estate finance, including construction, bridge, mezzanine and permanent financing. Nick has been active in closing numerous real estate financings, both as a direct lender and also as a borrower representing a global private investment fund and a national real estate development company.
Nick earned a BBA and an MBA from Bernard Baruch College of the City University of New York.
Simon Seguss
Managing Director, Centennial Property Finance
Simon Seguss is currently Managing Director of national originations for Centennial Property Finance and is a founding member of the national real estate lending platform. Prior to joining Centennial, Simon was a Director at Doral Property Finance.
Simon has over 25 years of experience in commercial lending, having worked in financial institutions both in the U.S. and Europe. Previous roles include 12 years as Senior Vice President at Irish Bank Resolution Corporation and 3 years with Riggs Bank in the United Kingdom. He has experience in all facets of commercial lending including sourcing, structuring, underwriting and asset management.
Timothy Zietara
Chief Investment Officer, Centennial Property Finance
Timothy Zietara is currently Chief Investment Officer for Centennial Property Finance and is a founding member of the national real estate lending platform. Prior to joining Centennial, Tim held the same position for Doral Property Finance.
Tim’s extensive leadership experience includes Senior Portfolio Manager for ING Clarion Capital, Manager of the real estate debt and equity platform at CIT and Regional Manager for Wells Fargo’s New York office.
Tim has a BS in Business Administration from Marquette University, and a Masters in Real Estate from New York University. Tim’s involvement with NYU continues as an adjunct professor in the Schack School for Real Estate and recipient of their 2011 Distinguished Alumni Award.
