Mark Bernstein, Senior Managing Director, is a founding member of Centennial Commercial Finance Group. Currently, Mark is responsible for the C&I lending business of CCFG which includes corporate cash flow lending and specialty finance. Prior to joining Centennial, Mark was portfolio manager and group head at Doral Leveraged Asset Management.

Mark has over 25 years of corporate lending, banking and portfolio management experience with companies including Bear Stearns & Co. and PaineWebber Inc.

Mark earned a BA in economics from Colgate University.

Stephen O’Keefe, Managing Director, joined CCFG in 2017. Currently, Stephen is responsible for origination and portfolio management in the C&I lending business which includes cash flow lending in the middle market as well specialty finance.

Prior to joining Centennial, Stephen was an executive at New York-based hedge fund manager Brevet Capital Management where he originated and managed a portfolio of loans and private equity investments focused on the middle market.

Previous to Brevet Capital, Stephen worked in Bear Stearns’ Investment Banking unit first as a Managing Director in Acquisition Finance and then in the General Industrials Group. Stephen has also held positions at Wells Fargo, Citibank, and Bank of America.
